Oxyll® dual-selector ball flowmeters are recommended for use in oxygen therapy. They are lightweight, easy to use, efficient, and accurate. They compensate for variations in line pressure, allowing full line pressure, maintaining pressure, and delivering the selected flow rate to the patient at atmospheric pressure, through a mask, nasal cannula, nebulizer, humidifier, etc.

They have been designed to save time and oxygen through a rotary control that allows switching between direct output to the mask, a nebulizer device, or a humidifier, without interrupting the oxygen supply during this operation.
