Silver solder brazing alloy, also known simply as silver solder, is a type of filler metal used in brazing processes to join two or more metal components together.
Silver solder brazing alloys typically consist of silver as the primary component, along with other metals such as copper, zinc, and sometimes cadmium or nickel.
Specifications
- Various percentages of silver content：2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 25%, 45%, 65%, etc.
- Diameters: 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm
- Good fluidity and excellent process performance
- Has a low melting point, good wettability, and the ability to fill with gas
- High joint strength, good plasticity, and excellent corrosion resistance
- Only shipped after successful test welding
- Comply with: GB/T 6418-2008, equivalent to: AWS A5.8-2011
