Oxyll® dual ball flowmeters  are recommended for use in oxygen therapy. They are lightweight, easy to use, efficient, and accurate. They compensate for variations in line pressure by accepting the full line pressure, maintaining pressure, and delivering the selected flow rate to the patient at atmospheric pressure, through a mask, nasal cannula, nebulizer, humidifier, etc.
