These gases and services can be obtained either from individual cylinders or generators (oxygen concentrators or portable suckers) directly to one patient or from a central supply source like cylinders manifold, liquid tank/ generator or vacuum/air plants. When a centralized system is used then, a distribution pipeline is put in place to all the user points.
